Mr. Gregory has been involved running or launching several account wagering platforms including: HorsePlayer Interactive, Woodbine Entertainment Group’s account wagering platform; and XpressBet, Magna Entertainment Corp’s national account wagering platform. Over the past decade Mr. Gregory has been a horse owner and executive involved with several emerging businesses in the horseracing industry.

Mr. Lloyd has been working in the technology sector for over 20 years. He has been with eBet for nearly 10 years,managing the infrastructure and operational performance of the company’s proprietary interactive wagering interface.

Mr. Simmonds has over 15 years of experience in the horseracing industry as an entrepreneur and successful owner and breeder of thoroughbred and standardbred racehorses. Mr. Simmonds is currently the CEO of Baymount Incorporated developing a racino project in Ontario.

Mr. Toohey is Managing Director & CEO of eBet Limited, a leading gaming systems company servicing over 800 customers, with some 55,000 gaming machines connected in Australasia. Mr. Toohey was also general manager of Wentworthville Leagues Club where he oversaw the introduction of card-based cashless gaming.
